What do interns do?

Interns are a vital part of Canyonview Ministries during our fall, winter, and spring seasons. Interns are guided through the school year with Bible training classes, camp programming classes, and developmental skill activities, such as kitchen and culinary skills, maintenance work, and community impact. Our interns stay on the grounds in our Roundhouses, which are built for community living and fellowship.

Interns are not paid but are given room and board and are definitely encouraged to raise missionary support if desired. Interns are 18+ and have the desire to be used by the Lord. Interns will see behind the scenes what it takes to run a camp throughout the year, develop a strong work ethic, as well as have the opportunity to grow spiritually and mentally. Our interns are also very involved in the surrounding communities of Silverton and Salem.

Who we are looking for?

Young men and women who have a heart for ministry, are hardworking, and want to develop new skills as they are looking for the next open door in God's timing. We are looking for high school or college age graduates who need a bridge into their next season of ministry.
