We are seeking Christian multi-taskers with the right skills, and a heart for camp ministry, and an infectious smile. Do you thrive serving others? Is hard work your jam? Basic Positions Details:

  • We are seeking people with friendly personalities and who are ministry minded with a passion to serve others. As a Hospitality Team Member you will have opportunity to serve in a number of roles, like, Guest Group Host, Outdoor Activity Coordinators, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Workers. We provide the training that takes your experience and fits it into Canyonview Ministries. You’ll be a key member in serving our summer program campers, plus guest groups and staff throughout the year.

    Basic skills that will make you a good fit:

  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, for a minimum of 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week.

  • Experience cleaning in a hospitality setting

  • Guest facing service experience with hosting or serving large groups in a hospitality setting (camp, restaurants, banquets, hotels…)

  • Outdoor activity facilitating experience like archery, zipline, airsoft, fishing…

  • Basic landscaping and maintenance experience (weed eating, mowing, trimming, painting…)

  • Being a productive, efficient, and contributing member of a team, and the ability to work cooperatively with others

  • Ability to follow direction, be on time, and commit to scheduled shifts

  • Ability to interact with the public in a way that positively represents Jesus Christ and Canyonview Ministries.

  • Ability to use technology to complete tasks and guide your team and guest focused experiences

  • Ability to anticipate needs and look for opportunities to help

  • Maintain organization and use supplies and PPE efficiently

These are a full and part time position during the summer season and may turn into a permanent position with hours that fluctuate during fall and winter.
Compensation includes: Paid hourly wage, paid training, uniform shirts, shift meals, and professional development.
