Camp Counselor 

Become the heart and soul of our camp experience! As a counselor, you’ll lead Bible studies, songs, and activities like archery, crafts, nature hikes, and games while mentoring groups of 8–15 campers. From meals to activities, you’ll inspire and connect with your campers while helping create unforgettable summer memories.

Counselors may be assigned to Horse Camp or Day Camp depending on program needs. Horse Camps may be overnight or day programs depending on the week, and we are looking for staff who are excited to serve in both types of camps throughout the summer. Multiple positions available.

Day Camp: $350 per week + shared room and board

Horse Camp (Day/Overnight) : $375 per week + shared room and board

Wilderness Camp Leader

Works alongside the other Camp Coordinators and Program Manager to run and oversee our wilderness overnight camps. This male leader must have a solid foundation in Christ and a heart for children’s ministry, but also thrive in the outdoors and enjoy hands-on wilderness skills. You’ll guide campers through fire-building, shelter construction, outdoor cooking, and creation-based learning. You’ll also mentor high school and college-age staff as they grow in leadership and confidence. Throughout the week, you’ll have opportunities to teach the Bible around the campfire, share stories, sing songs under the stars, and deepen your own faith as you help campers experience God in His creation.

Applicants must be 21y/o+ and male
Pay: $425 per week (5 weeks) + shared room and board

Assist the waterfront supervisor in maintaining a safe and fun environment at the waterfront. Train staff and campers in waterfront procedures and boating safety. Must be willing to get lifeguard certified or possess current ARC Lifeguard Certificate, and first aid and CPR training. 4 positions available, must be 15 y/o + with 18 y/o + preferred.

Pay: $17 per hour

Lifeguards

Pony ride handler

Lead horses for short pony rides with elementary-age campers, helping create a safe, fun, and faith-filled experience. Responsibilities also include grooming and saddling horses before rides and properly unsaddling and caring for them afterward. Previous horse handling experience preferred.

Must be 16+

Hours: Monday –Thursday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Pay: $16 per hour

Chef/Kitchen Support

Work with fellow Christians who have an interest in the culinary field, serving God while doing dishes, prepping for meals, cooking and serving our guests with a smile. 10 positions available.

Must be 14 y/o +.
Pay: $15 per hour

Leadership positions

Teens in Ministry Leader

This role provides a great opportunity to grow and demonstrate Christ-centered leadership. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in faith and a heart for children’s ministry who also enjoys mentoring teens and young adults.

In this position, you’ll help guide, encourage and supervise teens in our Teens in Ministry (TIM) program, investing in their leadership and spiritual growth. You’ll also have opportunities to teach the Bible, share stories, lead songs, and model Christ-like leadership, while growing in your own faith alongside a supportive ministry team.

-Must be 21 y/o + (1 male, 1 female position available)

Overnight stay required and all summer availability preferred.
Pay: $425 per week + shared room and board

Wilderness Overnight Camp Counselor
