Outdoor School Field Guide (March - June & October)

As an outdoor school field guide, you’ll spend your days connecting with and inspiring 5th-grade students through engaging science, crafts, or recreational lessons. You'll also lead thrilling large-group games and initiatives, creating unforgettable experiences for your campers. Responsible for 8-15 students, you'll be a mentor, teacher, and leader, stepping into recreation areas as needed. With a variety of subjects to teach, you’ll make a real impact while having the adventure of a lifetime. Outdoor schools run March 31 to June, and many counselors stay on for our exciting summer camps, ending August 22. Don’t miss your chance to lead, inspire, and grow. Multiple positions are available—applicants must be 18+. Pay: $600/week + shared room and board 

 

Day Camp Counselor

Become the heart and soul of our camp experience! As a counselor, you’ll lead Bible studies, songs, and activities like archery, crafts, nature hikes, and games while mentoring 8-15 campers. From meals to activities, you’ll inspire and connect with your group, creating unforgettable memories. Multiple positions available. Applicants must be 18+. Pay: $275/week + shared room and board

Adventure/Wilderness Overnight Camp Counselor 

Be the heart of our overnight adventure and wilderness camp experience! As a counselor, you’ll lead Bible studies, songs, and exciting activities like archery, crafts, nature hikes, and games while mentoring 8-15 campers around the clock (must stay in cabins with campers for overnight supervision). From sharing meals to guiding adventures, you’ll inspire, connect, and create lifelong memories. This is your chance to make a difference. Apply now and embark on an unforgettable summer! Horse Camp Counselor

As a Horse Camp counselor, you’ll bond with your campers, share Biblical wisdom, and pour your love of horses into the next generation. From horse centered activities to barn chores, you’ll be part of every adventure, building relationships that last a lifetime. Don’t miss your chance to combine your love for ministry and horses. Apply now and saddle up for the adventure of a lifetime! No horse experience required but preferred. We will have both day and overnight camps. For overnight camps, you must stay in the cabins with the campers for overnight supervision. Applicants must be 18+. Pay: $325/ week + shared room and board

Lifeguards

Assist the waterfront supervisor in maintaining a safe and fun environment at the waterfront. Train staff and campers in waterfront procedures and boating safety. Must be willing to get lifeguard certified or possess current ARC Lifeguard Certificate, and first aid and CPR training. 4 positions available, must be 15 y/o + with 18 y/o + preferred. Pay: $15/hour

Chef/Kitchen Support

Work with fellow Christians who have an interest in the culinary field, serving God while doing dishes, prepping for meals, cooking and serving our guests with a smile. Pay starting at $14/hour. 10 positions available, must be 14 y/o +. Pay: $14/hour

Leadership Positions

​

Day Camp Coordinator

A great opportunity to demonstrate experience in leadership. This leader must have a solid foundation in Christ and a heart for children’s ministry, but also enjoy mentoring high school and college age students. You’ll have many opportunities to teach the Bible, tell stories, sing songs, and to grow in your own faith as well. Must be 21 y/o +. Pay: $350/week + shared room and board

 

Overnight Camp Coordinator

Works along side the other Camp Coordinators and Program Manager to run and oversee adventure and wilderness overnight camps. This leader must have a solid foundation in Christ and a heart for children’s ministry, but also enjoy mentoring high school and college age students. You’ll have many opportunities to teach the Bible, tell stories, sing songs, and to grow in your own faith as well. 2 positions are available, 1 male and 1 female role. Must be 21 y/o +. Pay: $375/week + shared room and board

Teens In Ministry Coordinator

Assists the Program Manager and other TIM Leader in overseeing the Teens In Ministry (T.I.M.) Leadership Program. This includes scheduling daily tasks, mentoring the T.I.M.s, and leading Bible studies. Must have leadership skills and a desire to invest your summer in teens. This is an overnight position to provide supervision for the Teens in Ministry.  2 positions available, 1 for male and 1 for female role. Must be 21 y/o +.

Pay: $375/week + shared room and board

Ranch Hand Coordinator/Riding Instructor

Calling all equestrian enthusiasts with a heart for ministry! We’re looking for a CHA-certified (certification included upon hiring) instructor to lead riding lessons and mentor our Teen Ranch Hands, both during the day and overnight in staff housing. This full-summer role is perfect for someone passionate about sharing Biblical wisdom and equestrian expertise with the next generation. If you love kids, teens, and horses and have a heart for pouring into others, we want you! Don’t miss this unique opportunity—apply today! Additional benefit of attending a CHA certification at no cost to you (value of $1,000) Must be 21+. Pay: $415/week + shared room and board

Youth Volunteer Positions 

​

Teens in Ministry

Volunteer Position.  T.I.M.s are counselors in training.  They will be paired with a member of our staff to learn the ropes of this outreach ministry.  It's a great time for them to make quality and Godly friendships with others their age.  Ages 14-17.

Ranch Hand

Looking for an exciting volunteer opportunity this summer? Become a Ranch Hand and dive into the world of horses and lasting memories! You’ll assist with grooming, saddling, and cleaning stalls, help instructors in the arena, help lead trail rides, feed horses, and share in meaningful evening devotions with campers. If you're passionate about horses, outdoor adventures, and mentoring kids, this is the perfect role for you! Multiple positions available—apply now for a summer full of growth and adventure! You will gain horsemanship experience and get a minimum of 1 riding lesson each week. Ages 15-17.

  • T.I.M. Training:  June 13-14
