We are seeking a Christian multi-tasker with great organizational skills, mid-management experience, housekeeping experience with high cleaning standards, a heart for camp ministry, and an infectious smile. This key team position leads our guest group hosts and housekeeping team. You and your team will provide a welcoming hand for guest groups when they arrive, be there to meet their needs during their stay, and guide them throughout their camp experience. When one group is going and another is coming it is all hands on deck and you lead the effort to to prepare the camp for the next group. It is fun, exciting, and fast paced work. You’ll meet amazing people and kids. We’re looking for someone who naturally goes with the flow, while being a creative problem solver.

Basic Skill Requirements:
• Proficient basic computer skills and use of MSOffice and Google platforms
• Capable of quickly becoming proficient with other software platforms, and apps
• Presents a courteous, kind and helpful demeanor in person and on the phone
• Capable of developing and maintaining a high level of organization with team schedules, team tasks, guest group documents and schedules,
• A great team player who communicates well and is able to work cooperatively with other departments and staff members
• Willing and able to lead the housekeeping effort, participate in leading guest activities, giving facility tours, and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Certified in CPR, First Aid, and use of an AED (provided during training)

General Responsibilities:
• Be the primary Guest Group Host and Housekeeping team leader
• Assist other department in the Guest Group experience (mainly dining)
• Interact with the public in person, on the phone and radio, and through email
• Use the “OneApp” to manage tasks and your team’s and guest’s experiences
• Assists those in need whenever necessary through your team and other departments
• Maintain department supplies and manage all cleaning needs
• Perform daily walk-throughs and develop your team to maintain hotel-like standards of appearance and cleanliness

This is position is a fulltime position during the summer season and hours may fluctuate during fall and winter.
Compensation includes: Paid hourly wage, paid training, single resident housing (if available - no pets), meals, and professional development.
